
Refund / Cancellation Policy
By proceeding with a full mathematics course purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

If the course does not have enough students enrolled, it will be cancelled and you will receive a refund.

You understand and accept that all sales are final and non-refundable after August 6, 2025. Online access will be given on or around this date and the printed materials will be sent in order to provide parents with sufficient time to review the material before the start of the course on September 3, 2025.

You have carefully reviewed the course description, prerequisites (if any), and target audience before making your purchase.

We strongly encourage you to read our course description and learn about the skills you will be able to acquire, and make sure that the content is appropriate for your learning goals and experience level.

You have enough time to review the course materials and complete the entire course, and you will not ask for any refunds or requests for a new course after the course has been completed, or a new course that has a new and different scope.

You will be able to access the platform and access the course using your computer, tablet or mobile phone, and you will not blame us for technical issues, such as a slow internet connection, or not being able to view content on an old or outdated device.

You accept the responsibility to provide us with your up-to-date contact information, and you agree that any communications will be made via your email.

You understand that no grading of assignments will be provided by the course instructor and you accept the responsibility to record hours & track grades according to your state mandates.
Student & Parent Code of Conduct
Students & Parents will follow the Code of Conduct that include, but is not limited to:
(1) Students are expected to engage in the weekly lessons by having camera turned ON, actively taking notes, & making attendance a priority.
(2) Resources shared are not to be copied or shared with someone who has not purchased the course.
(3) Students are to complete the "at home" portion of the math material in a timely manner. Students who fall behind in the material or who do not take it seriously may be removed from the course with no refund.
(4) Students are expected to treat instructors, classmates, and other members of the online community with courtesy, respect, and professionalism in all communications.
(5) Maintain a positive attitude/growth mindset about the mathematics material. It's natural to struggle, but being negative, blaming others, or questioning the practicality of the material is not acceptable. A full Code of Conduct will be included in the course materials.

You accept the responsibility to provide us with your up-to-date contact information, and you agree that any communications will be made via your email.

If you are late for a session, no time will be made up. Punctuality and promptness are expected.

A session must be cancelled or rescheduled more than 24-hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.

Missed/canceled sessions must be paid for and are non-refundable.

You will not come to an in-person session if you are actively experiencing an illness. If you cannot attend an in-person session, it can be changed to an online session.

If Purpose in the Journey needs to cancel a session, you will not be charged for that missed session.
